industrial design, efficient laundry service, proximity to dining options
The thin walls make conversations from neighboring rooms quite audible!!! Also, the absence of on-site dining is a letdown. it's inconvenient when you'd rather stay in.

We loved our stay with the kids and aunt. The concierge was super helpful in recommending attractions, and we enjoyed free WiFi all over the property. The place feels fresh and clean, which was perfect for our large family.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities on-site.
